Are you interested in playing in a representative team that will compete at the QCSA State Titles in May 2022?
If you are, then you should consider trying out for a South East Zone Team.
Each year the South East Zone aims to select players from age groups U10 to Senior Men and Senior Women to represent the South East Zone at the QCSA STATE TITLES. The State Titles are held on the May long-weekend and in 2022.
Our club is in South East Zone, so any of our club players (born 2012 and earlier) who are going to register for the 2022 season are eligible to try out for a representative South East Zone team. You cannot play at State Titles unless you are registered with a club in the QCSA competition.
Making a zone team has pathways to making an U13 Development Squad (open to U13 boys and girls) and a State Team (U14 and up and open to boys and girls) to play at Christian Football’s National Titles.
How to get involved:
South East Zone will be running trials and selections in October 2021 for the 2022 State Titles. We encourage all players who are interested in being selected for a zone team to follow South East Zone on Facebook to get the latest updates.

On the morning of Saturday 1st May, due to 120mm of rain falling on the Sunshine Coast overnight, a decision was made to cancel day 1 of State Titles.
On the evening of Sunday 2nd May, after an extensive assessment of the fields QCSA, QCSRA (Ref’s association) and SCCSA (the hosts Sunshine coast ) made the difficult decision to postpone 2021 State Titles. They will be having discussions to determine a future date for this event to be held.
This was very disappointing for all involved. A lot of time and effort was invested to prepare for this competition, by players, parents, coaches, managers and SEZ committee members. But unfortunately, the weather is not something we can control, and player safety was a big consideration. We will await eagerly to hear from QCSA with information of a new date.
Meanwhile, we can all focus our efforts and attention to the current soccer season. Building on our fitness, skills and relationships will just make us better prepared for a rescheduled State Titles competition hopefully later this year.
